  • Where is my Order? 

    Please Note: tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched. **Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple emails if your order has been split shipped.
  • How much will shipping cost? 

    Your shipping fee is calculated based on weight, size, location and the shipping speed you select at checkout.
  • What shipping couriers do you use to ship your orders? 

    Your order (either domestic or international) will be shipped through UPS or USPS.
  • When will my package get here? 

    Domestic orders: 7 to 10 days from placement to delivery if you don’t choose expedited shipping. International orders: Time varies based on destination.
  • Do you have shipping restrictions? 

    We follow USPS and UPS shipping guidelines.
  • Can I expedite my order? 

    Yes. At checkout you can select your shipping speed. If you need your order rushed after placing it, email us! We’ll try and do our best to get your order shipped ASAP.
  • How can I pay for my order? What forms of payment does Mini Scout accept? 

    You can easily pay for your order through Credit and Debit card, as well as Paypal and Apple pay.
  • Can I cancel or change my order? 

    You can change and cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. We process orders quickly to make sure your baby gets their swaddle as soon as possible, so it’s important to act fast! If you’d like to cancel your order beyond that 1 hour, please contact us. We’ll be happy to cancel your order as long as it’s not processed.
  • When will my card be charged? 

    Your card will be charged once you place an order.
  • Will I be charged sales tax? 

    It depends on where you’re located. If you’re in the State of Washington, your order will be charged Sales Tax and the percentage will vary slightly depending on your exact location. Orders placed from other US states won’t be charged Sales Tax. International orders aren’t charged Sales Tax by Mini Scout. However, your own country may charge border and importation fees. Mini Scout has no way of predicting if you’ll be charged extra fees for an international order. Check with your local tax authority for updated information on possible fees.
  • My promo code isn’t working. What’s going on? 

    If you’re having issues with your promo code, it could be because: * Your promo code has expired. Some promo codes have an end date, so check the validity of yours before using. * You’re trying to pair different offers on the same order. Some promo codes are exclusive and can’t be used alongside other discounts. * You’ve used the code before. Some codes can only be used once per customer or have a limited amount of uses.   • How do I make payments using PayPal? 

    While checking out, select Paypal as your payment method and you’ll be redirected to the Paypal site. Enter your details, press pay and you’re done! Once you’ve successfully paid, you’ll receive an invoice to your email.
  • Can I pay with Paypal without having an account? 

    Yes, you don’t need to open a Paypal account to pay. However, if you’d like to streamline your orders it’s best to open an account beforehand.
  • Can I place an order on an out-of-stock item? 

    No, unless it’s a pre-order. If you’re interested in an out-of-stock product, enter your email in the waitlist. You’ll receive an email notification once the item is back in stock.
  • I returned my order. Can I re-use my promo code? 

    Yes. As long as the promo code is still valid and you follow its guidelines.
  • How do I track my order? 

    Once your order is processed by our shipping partners, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier in charge of your package. You can then use that tracking number to track your package.
  • What shipping couriers do you use to ship your orders? 

    Your order (either domestic or international) will be shipped through UPS or USPS.
  • My item arrived damaged or it isn’t what I ordered. What can I do? 

    Please email us at hello@theminiscout.com . Send us a picture of the damaged item and we’ll send you a new one and a refund as soon as possible.
  • Can I exchange my item? 

    If you want to exchange your item, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us at hello@theminiscout.com for further details on exchanging your order.
  • I want to return my item. What’s your return policy? 

    You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase as well. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please email hello@theminiscout before returning anything. Forced Returns ( returns without contacting us first) will not be honored.
  • When will I get my refund? 

    Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of your refund status. If your refund is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. The time between the refund start and the credit to your payment method will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Can I exchange my order instead of returning it? 

    No, If you want to exchange an item, please email us. You will ship back the product and get a code to use to place a new order.
  • How do I care for my swaddle and crib sheets? 

    All Mini Scout products should be washed with like colors in cold water. It’s best if you use the delicate cycle on your washing machine. To prevent snags, wash your swaddle in a mesh bag and avoid placing it on the same load as items with hooks or Velcro. To dry, tumble dry on low for a crinkled muslin look, or hang dry to keep it flat.
  • Do you have gift cards? 

    Not yet. Stay tuned for them!
  • Custom or International fees to pay? 

    The buyer is responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. The Mini Scout is based in the United States and all prices are in USD. Forced returns: If your package gets returned because it was unclaimed, the shipping charge will not be refunded. If you qualified for free shipping, the postage amount will still be deducted from your refund.
  • What do i do with returned packages? 

    If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will email you asking if you would like to try a different address. Each time we ship a package, we need to purchase a shipping label so there will be a shipping charge to ship to a different address. If we don’t hear back, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Any package that is returned and marked as “unclaimed” “insufficient address” or “refused” will not qualify for a shipping refund. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.
